The role
We are looking for a Growth Manager to lead and execute our end-to-end marketing strategy. This role combines brand building with performance-driven marketing to support our business growth. You will oversee digital marketing, lead generation, funnel management, and campaign performance, while working with the creative team to deliver impactful marketing initiatives.

The responsibilities
Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with business goals, covering both brand and performance marketing
Lead brand-building initiatives to ensure consistent and strong brand presence across all channels
Plan and manage digital campaigns across paid media, social media, email, content marketing, and SEO
Oversee the lead generation strategy, including targeting, segmentation, and campaign development
Manage the full marketing funnel, from awareness and engagement to conversion and retention
Collaborate with content writer and graphic designer to produce effective campaign assets (e.g. visuals, videos, landing pages, emails)
Monitor and optimise campaign performance using marketing analytics tools and dashboards
Allocate budgets and resources across marketing channels for maximum ROI
Work closely with sales teams to understand lead quality and conversion feedback, and adjust strategies accordingly
Identify new marketing channels, tools, and partnerships to expand reach and improve effectiveness
Stay current with marketing trends, best practices, and technologies to continuously innovate marketing approaches

Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
Has experience managing marketing strategies across digital channels and brand initiatives
Demonstrated ability in lead generation, performance marketing, funnel optimization, and campaign management
Strong grasp of tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, SEO platforms, and email/CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot)
Data-driven and analytical with a track record of making optimisations based on performance metrics
Creative, adaptable, and proactive in identifying new marketing opportunities
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience leading or working alongside creative teams
