The responsibilities
• Collaborate with the Commercial team to refine and evolve our brand identity, ensuring a consistent and compelling visual language across all channels
• Design engaging marketing materials including social media creatives, website assets, presentations, and printed collateral
• Develop eye-catching motion graphics and short video content to elevate digital campaigns
• Capture and edit high-quality photos and videos for marketing campaigns, events, and content initiative
• Work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to create visuals aligned with campaign objectives and brand messaging
• Support social media content creation, from designing posts to producing video snippets and assisting in content scheduling when needed
• Stay updated on design, media, and content marketing trends, contributing fresh ideas to enhance our visual presence
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure unified brand representation across platforms and materials
• Welcome feedback to refine deliverables and consistently push the boundaries of creativity and execution

The ideal candidate
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or a related field
• At least 2 to 4 years of professional experience in graphic design, ideally within a startup, tech, or creative-driven environment
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and other design/video tools
• Hands-on skills in motion graphics, photography, and video production/editing
• Strong grasp of design principles, layout, typography, and colour theory
• A keen sense of visual storytelling with the ability to translate complex ideas into engaging multimedia formats
• Excellent project management and multitasking skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills, with the confidence to present and justify design decisions
• A portfolio showcasing diverse creative work across graphic design, motion, and multimedia
