The role

As an Enterprise Sales Manager, you will take charge of the Enterprise market segment. Your primary responsibility will be to enhance our brand recognition and expand market share by promoting our diverse range of products to these targeted segments. You'll collaborate closely with our delivery teams to develop effective strategies for engaging potential client

The responsibilities
  • Understand the assigned market segments and create an end-to-end acquisition funnel and growth strategy

  • Collaborate with the partnerships team to acquire business from government partnerships, events, and communities

  • Support the Enterprise team in ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients

  • Utilise a consultative sales approach to engage prospects, especially those holding Senior Management and Human Resources positions

  • Formulate account plans for major clients, identifying upselling opportunities and key stakeholders

  • Identify future market trends and translate them into business growth opportunities

  • Participate hands-on in operations and merchant acquisition activities

  • Work with the Marketing team to develop a dynamic multichannel approach for the assigned market segments

  • Monitor clients' satisfaction levels and gather feedback to enhance our services

  • Propose trainings for our customers by understanding and addressing their business and learning & development (L&D) needs, leveraging our comprehensive range of offerings

The ideal candidate
  • Holds at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in any field

  • Has 5 to 7 years of proven sales experience in solution selling to large corporate and multinational organizations

  • Ideally, possesses managerial experience in Sales and Business Development

  • Previous experience in business development, sales, or related roles, preferably in a consulting firm, startup, or technology-driven environment

  • Experience in Tech/Business Training Industry preferred

  • Adaptable to the ever-evolving Tech industry

  • Demonstrates leadership skills to drive successful sales strategies

  • Skilled negotiator with excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities

  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia

  • Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills, expressing ideas concisely and clearly

  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with an aggressive sales personality

  • Able to work collaboratively with interdepartmental teams, respecting individual differences, and perform well under pressure

  • Analytical, organised, and a critical thinker

Note: This is a commission based role.
