As a People Associate, you will play a key supporting role in our People team. The responsibilities
  • Recruitment Support: Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining the candidate database

  • Onboarding and Offboarding: Ensure a seamless transition for employees joining and leaving the organisation by supporting onboarding and offboarding processes

  • HR Operations: Assist in day-to-day HR operational tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and maintaining HR-related documents

  • Employee Engagement: Assist in organising and coordinating employee engagement activities such as monthly activities, trainings, team-building, and other employee engagement initiatives

  • Employee Support: Serve as a friendly and reliable support for employees, addressing their questions or concerns with clear and timely communication

  • Policy Implementation: Assist in the creation, review, and implementation of HR policies and procedures

  • Process Improvement: Contribute to enhancing HR operations and driving efficiency in HR workflows

  • Holds a Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field

  • Strong interest in HR, and a desire to learn and grow within the field

  • Comfortable interacting and engaging with people at all levels within the organisation

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational and multitasking abilities

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Positive attitude, proactive, a team player and a people person
