The role

This Partnership Associate role is instrumental in supporting our partnerships team, managing partnership data, assisting in the development and execution of partnership strategies, coordinating with stakeholders, and contributing to the overall growth of the business.

The responsibilities
  • Assist in identifying and researching potential partnership opportunities, utilising data analysis to inform decision-making processes

  • Support the Partnerships Manager in the negotiation and execution of partnership agreements

  • Coordinate partnership initiatives, handling logistics for meetings, presentations, and events, underpinned by meticulous data management to track progress and outcomes

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of partnership interactions, agreements, and performance metrics, employing our CRM system for optimal organisation and accessibility

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align partnership objectives with broader company goals, facilitating data sharing and integration across departments

  • Provide data insights to the partnerships team, generating reports that highlight key performance indicators (KPIs) and inform strategy adjustments

  • Participate in relevant workshops, conferences, and networking events to build relationships and stay informed about industry trends

The ideal candidate
  • Holds a Bachelor’s Degree or other relevant graduate degree

  • Has 1 to 2 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or related area

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software are preferred

  • Highly organised with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Proactive and eager to learn with a positive attitude towards challenges and new opportunities
