The role

As a Learner Success Associate, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless and impactful learning experience for our learners. You will be responsible for supporting programme management, monitoring learner progress, and driving engagement strategies that contribute to learner success. This role requires a strong passion for education, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to create a learner-centric environment that fosters growth and achievement.

As a Learner Success Associate, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless and impactful learning experience for our learners. You will be responsible for supporting programme management, monitoring learner progress, and driving engagement strategies that contribute to learner success. This role requires a strong passion for education, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to create a learner-centric environment that fosters growth and achievement.

The responsibilities

Programme management

  • Assist the team in developing and overseeing the learner success strategy, as well as acting as an advocate for learner success within the organisation. E.g., manage all programmes deliverables and milestones, and support pre-delivery, delivery, and post-delivery operations.

  • Collaborate and partner with both internal and external stakeholders to provide excellent support services, facilitate learner engagement, and offer support services to learners to ensure success throughout their learning journey

  • Assist with planning and strategising alumni engagement

Programme monitoring and evaluation

  • Provide assistance in the regular review and assessment of key programme data points, as well as track progress against programme milestones

  • Provide support in identifying learning patterns from learning cohorts, with the goal of showcasing impact stories

  • Support programme monitoring and evaluation by assisting in conducting qualitative and quantitative studies that produce in-depth insights into learners' learning experiences and journeys

  • Provide assistance in producing periodic reports for appropriate stakeholders, aimed at supporting business continuity and sustainability

  • To be a champion of data-driven decision-making in training programmes


Learner experience

  • Support learners to make the most of their learning journey

  • Accountable for learner performance against learning objectives and milestones, and collect and consolidate learner feedback on their learning experience

  • Work closely with the project teams to provide regular updates on the courses and learner progress

  • Identify risks and provide innovative insights and solutions to learning challenges

  • Provide continuous actionable feedback for continuous learning improvements

The ideal candidate
  • Holds at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field, specialising in teaching, training and/or learning & development

  • Has a minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in teaching, training, learning and development, e-learning and adult learning

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively

  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to leverage data insights to optimise training programmes

  • Proficiency in learning management systems and technology-enabled teaching tools, e.g., Blackboard, Moodle, Schoology, Google Classroom, etc.

  • Innovative mindset with a commitment to staying updated with industry trends and incorporating best practices into training strategies

  • Strong business acumen and the ability to assess the effect of the changing environment to the business and the impact on learning needs

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of instructors

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adaptable to change

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented approach

  • Proven ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams

  • Flexible to work outside regular business hours, including weekends, as required by project demands
