Consulting Associate
The role
You will play a crucial role in helping clients to enhance their workforce's capabilities and drive organisational growth through skill development and transformation initiatives. Your expertise and guidance will enable Enterprises to stay competitive in an ever-evolving market by identifying skill gaps, designing effective learning programmes, and implementing strategies to upskill or reskill their workforce.

The responsibilities
Help refine and execute our Go-To-Market approach, develop solutions to market-specific problems, and thought leadership
Adapt and articulate our value proposition so that it delivers clearly and compellingly to clients and other stakeholders
Identify opportunities to build, develop and grow trust-based relationships with senior executives by understanding their needs and identifying how we can partner best with our clients on an ongoing basis
Consult with clients to understand their corporate strategic digital priorities and translate these into digital workforce and talent needs that Excelerate can provide support on, leveraging Excelerate’s solutions
Collaborate closely with our Enterprises leaders, and a talented and sharp team of client engagement managers, curriculum designers, and external subject matter experts from some of the world’s leading companies
Design and deliver distinctive programmes that meet clients’ digital talent needs
Develop and maintain a pipeline according to targets, and provide clear and accurate reporting of sales outcomes and activities

The ideal candidate
Comes with 3+ years of experience consulting on engagements/ projects with large companies and/or driving enterprise sales and growth, working directly with VP, SVP, and C-level clients at large companies
Is organized and capable of managing a robust pipeline of business development, sales, and partnership opportunities
Is intellectually-curious, and excited by working on challenging problems and partnering with clients to solve them
Is hardworking and self-motivated
Is excited by, and knowledgeable about the digital and technology landscape, especially as it relates to digital talent and skills such as software engineering, digital marketing and data science
Is entrepreneurial and excited about the opportunity to play a leading role in a new organisation with a startup-like culture
Is an effective and compelling communicator in person and through other mediums, e.g., email and especially PowerPoint
With current or previous management consulting experience (especially in digital, strategy, and/or HR topics) preferred
