Brand & Communications Manager
The role

The responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive brand and communication strategies that align with the company's objectives and target audience
Lead the development and maintenance of the brand identity, including brand guidelines, messaging frameworks, and visual assets
Manage all aspects of external communications, including press releases, media relations, and public relations initiatives
Develop and curate a comprehensive calendar of brand activation and outreach initiatives
Create compelling content for various channels, including website, social media, email newsletters, and marketing collateral
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and initiatives
Monitor and analyse market trends, competitive landscape, and consumer behaviour to identify opportunities and optimise strategies
Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including media partners, influencers, and industry organisations
Plan and oversee the execution of brand campaigns, thought leaderships, and events to promote brand awareness and engagement
Track and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement

The ideal candidate
Holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
Proven experience in brand building and management, communications, or marketing roles, preferably in education or technology industry
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for storytelling and crafting compelling narratives
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing, and content management systems
Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing techniques is desirable
Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) preferred
Creative flair and a passion for design, with proficiency in graphic design software would be a plus
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Self-starter, creative, digitally savvy and works well in a start-up culture
