The role

As a B2B Content Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving our content strategy, creating compelling narratives, and delivering high-quality content that resonates with our B2B audience.

As a B2B Content Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving our content strategy, creating compelling narratives, and delivering high-quality content that resonates with our B2B audience.

The responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Growth team to develop a comprehensive content strategy aligned with the company's business goals and target audience

  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs

  • Produce engaging and informative B2B content, including news and press releases, social media content, email marketing content, infographics, product documentation, testimonials and reviews, and other marketing collateral

  • Translate complex concepts related to EdTech into compelling, easy-to-understand narratives

  • Develop a deep understanding of our B2B audience personas, tailoring content to address their pain points, challenges, and needs

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with overall business strategies

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather insights and technical information for accurate and impactful content creation

  • Optimise content for search engines (SEO) to improve visibility and drive organic traffic

  • Analyse content performance metrics and use data-driven insights to enhance future content strategies

  • Ensure all content aligns with the company's brand voice, style guidelines, and messaging

  • Holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or a related field

  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail

  • Strong research and analytical skills to create insightful, industry-relevant content

  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and content marketing trends

  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent communication skills to interact with internal teams, subject matter experts, and external stakeholders
